How It Works

To list your preloved special items, simply add your item to the Onro marketplace by uploading your images, inputting your product details, and choosing your delivery price. It couldn’t be easier!

Your item will be sold on a 50-day sale, 10-day sale or a 48-hour Firesale with the price reducing over the selected sale period. With The Price Matcher, your item will reach the fairest price.

Onro partners with Stripe to ensure that payments are handled in an efficient and secure manner, whether as a Buyer or as a Seller. Payments are made once an item has been successfully received by a Buyer. Sellers can view their Stripe Dashboard from within the Onro App.

It is easy to arrange collection from within the Onro App. Just go to your profile page, see the item you have sold and press “Ship this item”. This will give you the available courier options for you to choose from. You then pay for the delivery and all that’s left to do is make sure everything is ready for the courier.

Browse items at your leisure, see what is on offer and what sales are going on. If anything catches your eye, add it to your watch list or ask the seller for any additional information you require.

Once you find your perfect preloved item, you can buy it or wait for the price to continue to drop… but don’t wait too long, or someone else might beat you to it! And remember, Buyer Protection is included, so your money is safe.

You’ve found the right item, now all you need to do is make payment. Simply follow the steps by pressing Buy it now. Payment will be made via Stripe using your card details or via Apple Pay/Google Pay. And remember, Buyer Protection is included, so your money is safe.

Most sellers will ship your item within 2-3 days, so you can expect your well-packaged preloved item to be delivered to your door within 5 – 7 days. And remember, Buyer Protection is included, so your money is safe.
